Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@yawme.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
- Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Our return center address will be provided in the approval email.
4. Return Shipping
- Customer preference returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.
5. Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards
- Final sale/clearance items

(We don’t sell perishables or hazardous goods, so these do not apply.)
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the unwanted item. Once your return is approved, simply place a new order for the correct item.
8. Refunds
When your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
- Original shipping fees, customs, and duties are non-refundable unless we made an error.

9. EU Customers
For orders shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
